4-Wheel Steer provides the maneuvering flexibility of CrabWalk1—a revolutionary available setting. This allows the rear wheels to turn in the same direction as the front, up to 10 degrees in either direction, to drive diagonally at low speeds to help you traverse tight trails.

Need to get over or out of a tough spot? Need extra height? Initiate the available first-of-its-kind Extract Mode1, and HUMMER EV activates its Adaptive Air Ride Suspension to rise approximately 6" to surmount tough obstacles—think traversing boulders or fording water.13
